While the average shipping time typically falls in the range of 3-5 days, it's essential to note that once USPS takes charge of your package, shipping times are beyond our control.
Returns
At WestMav, delivering outstanding customer service is our top priority. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure all items still have their tags attached. Regrettably, we can't accept clothing that has been worn or washed for hygiene reasons. To initiate your return/exchange, please reach out to us at support@westmav.com. It's important to note that the customer is responsible for return fees. We take environmental responsibility seriously, so if possible, please reuse our 100% reusable and recyclable mailer bags for your return. If you prefer to use your packaging, you'll be responsible for providing the shipping label.
Please be aware that certain items may be classified as final sale and are not eligible for returns. Additionally, gift cards are non-returnable.
